We understand that receiving your stroller essentials—three-wheel strollers, single-bar lightweight strollers, and outdoor strollers—promptly and in perfect condition is crucial for parents, who rely on these products to enjoy outdoor activities and daily outings with their little ones. Our shipping policy is designed to be transparent, reliable, and parent-focused, ensuring you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us, and that your products arrive in impeccable condition, safe and ready to use. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Processing time includes verifying payment, carefully inspecting each item to ensure it meets our strict safety and quality standards (checking for defects, ensuring all parts are intact, testing functionality, and confirming safety features), and packaging your products securely. Given the varying sizes and features of these stroller products—from agile three-wheel strollers to compact single-bar lightweight strollers and rugged outdoor strollers—we use specialized packaging to prevent damage during transit. Three-wheel strollers are partially disassembled, with wheels packed separately, and the frame wrapped in bubble wrap and reinforced boxes to protect their structure and shock-absorbing components. Single-bar lightweight strollers are folded, wrapped in protective tissue paper, and packed in compact boxes to preserve their portability and avoid scratches. Outdoor strollers are wrapped in heavy-duty padding and placed in reinforced boxes to protect their durable frames and all-terrain wheels. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and any orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day. We offer two shipping options to suit your needs: standard and expedited. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, with delivery times ranging from 1–3 business days—ideal for parents who need stroller essentials quickly, such as for upcoming outdoor trips or travel plans. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s government. These fees are not included in the shipping cost or order total, and we are not responsible for calculating or collecting these fees. Delivery times for international orders vary by country, typically ranging from 7–14 business days, but may take longer due to customs delays and the size of packages (especially for outdoor strollers). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order has been shipped. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate. We do not offer shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible—we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
